What it changed

At Encena Costumes, I managed the brand’s social media presence by turning the creative process behind the work into engaging content. By documenting behind-the-scenes production, showcasing craftsmanship, and creating a consistent visual narrative, I grew the Instagram community to more than 10,000 followers.

At Lagoa Yoga, I developed and managed content and campaigns designed to strengthen the studio’s online presence and attract new clients, with several campaigns contributing directly to new contracts.

Across eight years of managing social media and digital content, I have learned how to translate a product or service into stories that people want to engage with. For me, content management is about more than maintaining a channel — it is about understanding an audience, creating a coherent brand voice, and building a community around what makes a product meaningful.
